Change Happened and will continue to do so.
It started on 02 Mar 2025, I thought to start writing again, started this account, wrote my first entry here. The first step was taken and thousand more to go, and then many things changed in life but writing that second post never came. I came here multiple time, to write but there was nothing to write, or may it way me who was to thoughtful or writing a good post, sometime this thought slow our process or even stop it. But this thought was applied in other field, Physical activity, I was gaining weight from last few months and it was not good, decision was made. I did made these decisions before as well but this time mindset was different. I started exercising at home, daily closing the ring. This time it was set that there will be some days, which will not have the goal met, but it is ok, the next day is there to cover, and remembered the quote from a youtube "never miss for 2 days in a row".
Slowly started running outside as well by end of march and daily jog become part of routine, started waking early, meeting the sun rising on the track, and sun was rising earlier day by day now. So my time to wakeup also changed to earlier in the day. Previously, I used to wake up at around 7:45 - 8:00 am and 8:50 was my start of morning meeting. I felt too rushed all the time, and will sleep by 11:30 or 12 on day, with felling like not much done,but the running changed the day time and now there was more time available to me in the day, and made a rule to close all devices and sleep at 10:00 pm, and now days felt in controlled and was set in good routine. 2km running increased to 3.5 and then 5 by the mid of april, and as they say, if you achieved something in the morning, the day goes good. Until now I have lost 7 kg from start of exercise. It is a good change.
But from few day the running is stopped and the routine of sleeping early is disturbed, but I am exercise at home and completing the rings, still it feels like the earlier routine is coming back again. Screen time again increased from low of 1 hour avg per day to 3-4 hours. Which need to be changed, and here we are to start that again. So We are here to come back. There are lots of things that needs to be out and its time to do that.
The Change is Started and it will continue.
